For those children who are physically challenged and unable to turn the pages of a book here are some tips that will help with reading. Use a cookbook holder to hold the book up. The cookbook holder frees the reader’s hands up to assist the child. If the child can use a switch, program the switch to say “turn the page”. Have the child hit the switch each time a page is turned. This will engage the child in the activity.
